What a perfect fall getaway. We loved the location. The apartment felt spacious. The hosts were helpful and communicated so well. Such a great use of space. We will be back.
This place really felt like home away from home! The decor was very well put together and the unit has everything that you will need. Myself, husband, and 4 kiddos had plenty of space to move around without feeling like we were in top of each other. Communication was super easy and very responsive. We will consider staying again if we come back to the area.
Great place to be on vacation! It is a wonderful and peaceful place to rest and get away from the madness of Branson. But you still get a front row seat to Silver Dollar City’s firework show every night.

We got lucky finding this place. It was an amazing get away for an extended weekend trip. My family loved the place. It was peaceful and well decorated. The host reached out multiple times before, during, and after to ensure everything was going well and meeting our expectations. Would definitely recommend and plan to be back!
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was a cute coffee and tea bar that had lots of options. We ate breakfast every morning on the screened in porch. Our host was quick to respond to our questions. We loved the location, as it was easy to get to most attractions. We definitely plan to stay there again.

Can't say enough good things about the condo - super up-to-date, comfortable beds, close to Silver Dollar City (less than 10 minutes). Host was super accommodating and kind, we'll book again this summer if it's open!

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
Pets of any kind are not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and cannot waive it.
On day of arrival all guests will have an AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
Parking
StoneBridge Resort requires all guests to pay for day passes per vehicle, which are $5 per day. Unfortunately, all of our guests must get vehicle passes. We try to offset that cost in the pricing of our rental.
Fishing
Fishing within StoneBridge is catch and release only.

Entering & Exiting
The resort features one main gate on the west side where guests can check in at the Welcome Center, and both enter and exit. There is also an exit-only gate on the east, which exits at the 76 & 248 signal. From this gate, turn right to head towards Silver Dollar City, or turn left to venture into Branson.
